‘Animal Instinct’ is a dub-step rock-opera event that reveals your hidden animal instincts. This cutting edge live performance produced and hosted by Sanja Ristic fuses multimedia, dance and live music to bring a new dimension of energy to the stage.

Sanja is melding multimedia, dance and electronic dubstep beats into an intense stage production. The production Animal Instinct delves into a hidden and mysterious place where we feel connected to our primal instincts and become one with the animal within us. An explosive performance is being developed about the reawakening of our hidden animal instincts the desire to embody and express these wild, unpredictable forces. The production ‘Animal Instinct’ delves into a hidden and mysterious place where we feel connected to our primal instincts and become one with the animal within us.

The audience will be drawn into the interaction between fierce dancers and their animal instincts. The animal energy in the Space is a catalyst for reawaking primal forces and hidden desires, allowing us to fall back into a wild zone and unlocking the Animal within yourself. A surrounding choreography of visuals and dance charges the space with an intensity that overflows into excess and boundless freedom. The music and lyrics performed live on stage paint—in a poetic form—an emotional journey of unfolding beauty, passion and awareness. The connection with the animal instinct opens a new world within us and empowers the pure Energy to achieve the Impossible. Be ready to step with us to the next Level and be energized. The Animal Instinct project kicked off with an intensive multimedia residency at 3LD Technology Center in New York and will debut during Art Basel in 2013.

Funding

The Animal Instinct project received development funding from the Swiss Culture Department Basel (Kanton Basel-Landschaft) and was award a residency 3LD Technology Center in New York in 2012.
